About the job
We are looking for a long-term nanny to love and care for our girls, who are 4 and 16 months old. Ideal work hours are 25-30 hours per week (we have some flexibility with hours) and live in Coconut Grove. We aim to keep a calm and predictable home, following principles from Waldorf, Montessori and RIE. We are looking for someone that can help with child care along with simple tasks around the home. Household tasks include meal prep, tidying the kitchen, laundry for the kids, and overall, helping me keep the house organized. We are looking for someone who is proactive, can step in and help as needed and has a calm, patient demeanor. Thanks!
