Nanny/Caregiver Needed For Infant

We are seeking a nanny for our infant starting late May; someone who will mesh well with our family. We are both physicians with unique work schedules, 7 days on, 7 days off, and so this will be a different structure than most caregiver jobs as we are asking for some flexibility with scheduling. However the job will still be considered full time. We are hoping for someone to care for our infant, manage basic activities for the baby including meal times, laundry etc, while also helping lightly around the house. We are hoping for someone engaging, who is happy to go for walks, initiate activity and routine. Must have reliable transportation. Ideally with experience caring for infants, and if possible with references from other families.
