Nanny Needed For A Toddler

Hi, I am looking for nanny for my 1-year-old daughter. I am a busy mom who is in school and works, so my schedule is busy and may vary in time. We would love to hire someone who is passionate about kids, and understands child development needs. It's important that you will be able to have physical endurance to be able to train our baby on crawling and walking. My husband and I are very kind and understanding, but we need our daughter's caregivers to be respectful to our rules and requirements. Current CPR/First aid certification is a must. We prefer for the caregiver to be a non-smoker and able to transport themselves to every shift. Lastly, we will need someone who speaks fluent English, but we welcome anyone who is bilingual.
