Part Time Nanny For 18 Month Old Son

My wife and I are looking for some part-time afternoon help for our 18-month-old son. We're looking for someone who can come over during the week from around 1-5 p.m. to play with him and keep him engaged while my wife takes care of things at home or steps out for an appointment. My wife will usually be home during this time, but we currently don't have any additional help, so it's been tough for her to get everything done. We're looking for someone kind, responsible, and experienced with toddlers who can keep our little guy active and happy. We'd like someone that speaks Spanish so he can continue to learn Spanish at home.
