Our ideal caregiver is caring, patient, and has a calming presence. She is fluent in Spanish and loves to speak to my child during play while implementing Montessori principles and techniques during her wake times. Light housekeeping while baby girl is asleep is required. Animal lovers please apply (we have two sleepy senior dogs)! Please apply if you're happy with a fixed rate of $425/week (firm rate) and a schedule from Mon-Fri with your workday starting at 10:30 a.m. and ending at 4 p.m. , ideally.
