We are looking for a nanny for our sweet 5-year-old! She loves dancing, swimming and playing with dolls. All her teachers describe her as sweet and social. She is speech delayed, so we prefer someone with experience in teaching kiddos how to speak better to get her back on track (she is repeating PK4). She has hearing loss as well and goes to PT, ST and OT throughout the week that the nanny would drive her to. It is a plus if you have experience with kids with special needs (not a requirement).
