Meet Your Future Family: 2-year-old boy (Future adventurer & question-asker): This lively little guy is full of energy, curiosity, and a zest for life. Whether it's building forts, pretending to be superheroes, or asking "why" 57 times in a row, he's got enough energy to keep anyone on their toes (and laughing along the way). 6-month-old girl (Sweetness in a tiny package): The baby of the family is still exploring the world, discovering her fingers, toes, and the sound of her own giggle. You'll get to soak in the sweet, quiet moments with her while juggling the boundless energy of her older brother. The Family Lifestyle: This laid-back family, with hands-on parents and a stay-at-home mom, thrives on quality time. They believe in creating a nurturing and fun-filled environment where their children can thrive and grow. Whether it's family outings or hanging out at home, they're all about making memories together. And here's the fun part - their schedule is as dynamic as their homes! They split their time between New York and Florida, so you'll get to experience beach days in Florida and city adventures in New York. Sun, sand, skyscrapers - it's all in a day's work for you! Your Role: As the go-to caregiver, you'll be responsible for: - Full-time care for both children, including meals, playtime, outdoor activities, and potty training. - Support their development with behavioral guidance and activities that stimulate their growth and confidence. - Keep things safe and fun by ensuring both safety and hygiene, plus plenty of physical activity. - Handle the essentials: feeding, diapering, and nap time for the younger one and keeping the toddler entertained and engaged! - Sensory development: Help with play and activities that promote learning and creativity. - Consistency is key: Maintaining a steady routine to keep the household running smoothly. Household Tasks - Clean dishes and sanitize meal-related areas - Tidy up feeding areas and high chairs - Launder clothes, bedding, and towels for children. - Organize toys, books, and play areas - Maintain cleanliness and organization in shared spaces, like the living room and kitchen - Ensure baby essentials are organized and within reach - Assist with meal preparation, focusing on balanced and nutritious options Required Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience working with infants and toddlers. - Experience with preschool training is a plus. - Clean driving record with valid driver's license. - Passport in hand and the flexibility to split time between the family's residences in Florida and New York. - Up-to-date on all vaccinations (including flu) and CPR certified. - A cat lover: The family's furry feline will be an important part of your day!
