My daughter is about 5 months old so her awake windows are just now starting to be without 3-4 hours. She enjoys watching . She loves walks outside in her stroller which are pretty much how I put her down for naps throughout the day. She is breastfed but also takes a bottle . She lovessss to be held & walk around
