Experienced Nanny Needed For 1 Year Old Boy For 5 Months & Then Added Newborn

We are seeking a passionate, energetic nanny to care for our 1-year-old for the first 5 months, with a newborn to follow. After 5 months, the position will expand to include both children, with a pay increase. Daily responsibilities include taking our toddler to playgroups, parks, and other developmental activities, as well as creating engaging sensory-based experiences. We need someone who is genuinely passionate about children and developmentpast caretakers expressed interest but struggled with consistent engagement, so we want someone who truly enjoys this work, not just as a job to pay the bills. In addition to childcare, light housekeeping and meal prep for the toddler will be required. The nanny must have reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and be comfortable with nanny cams for safety and transparency.
