We value kindness, compassion and respect. You should love our kids like your own. You need experience managing four kids at a time. Our kids love moving, reading, building Lego, swimming and playing with each other. They are four boys, so it's noisy and fun in our house. They need help with following our routines. Our 4-year-old needs help with dressing, potty and taking baths. We're looking for someone who is calm and kind-hearted and puts compassion over punishment. You should have your own car and be comfortable driving our family car. You will prepare the kids' food and fold their laundry. You should have fun teaching kids how to grow and become independent.
