We have 4 boys with varying schedules. I need a nanny to help facilitate after school pick up, school holidays and vacations. Some overnights is my husband and I travel. The primary care will be for my 5 yr old. My older boys are teenagers and do not require care, I am just not comfortable leaving them unsupervised with their younger brother. We share custody with our 11 yr old so he will be in there periodically on a routine schedule.
