In-home Nanny

In need of caregiving for my 7-month-old baby while I am working. I own my own business and technically work from home but each morning I am out physically working away from home & I am unable to give my baby attention at the same time. Most days I would prefer you to stay home with her but I often frequent parks and you are more than welcome to come along and care for her out at the park as well! She has a great routine, I am very structured but she is extremely active and I'm looking for someone who can help to grow her little mind and skills. The great news is that she typically sleeps till 9/10 a.m. but I need to be out the door by 8 a.m. Ideally someone who is cleanly, respectful of my home, pet friendly, and understanding of my first time mommy neurosis!
