FULL TIME NANNY NEEDED ASAP- 2year Old, And Newborn

Hi! We just got horrible news that our current nanny has to leave us and we are now looking for a full time nanny that is ok with flexible weekly schedules. The average would be about 40 hrs a week, 630am-330 p.m. Monday-Friday. Some mornings could be as early as 530 a.m. and afternoons as early as 130 p.m. We are located in Lutz! Extra date night opportunities available as well. We have one 2-year-old daughter and one baby boy on the way, due early May. In addition to caring for our kids, we are looking for someone who can help with laundry, picking up around the house, organizing, dishes, and field trips to the zoo, park, etc. We have 1 English bulldog, and 1 cat, both of which are very nice and easy to care for. We follow a Montessori learning structure and are a Christian faith based family with good morals and values. Communication between all parties is very important and honesty is the best policy. We're looking for a nanny to truly be a part of our family for the long term. A few questions we ask are: What is your rate? Do you have experience with newborns? Where do you live? Is your transportation reliable? What certifications do you have (CPR/BLS etc)?
