About the job
Our current nanny is transitioning to another country and we're hoping to find someone to step into this (3rd set of hands) role asap! We're a pretty relaxed household, but structure and cleanliness are super important. We're particular to some extent, and we want to find a provider who becomes an extension of our family, with a long term relationship. Our previous nannies (2 and 3 years respectively) both still come around to see the little people. Point being, we're not looking to fill a transient position. Cleanliness. Organization (yes, children should help). Our kids love being outdoors and creative activities. There's really no substitute for dress up, dance parties, fort building and dodgeball. We do little to no screen time. Patience. Self-starter type attitude.
