About the job

You would be staying with my youngest E, she is about to be 5 years old. She is on the spectrum and currently struggles with emotional regulation. She had a small speech delay. Outside of that she is a regular 5-year-old . Wants to " help you " do everything while still trying to tell you how to do it lol . She is very smart , she loves to read and anything with art . She needs clear direction , anything emotional can overwhelm her . I just need the help to work , I serve at chillies and can always bring home food :) The values we are looking for and appreciate the most would be integrity and discipline. Doing the right thing when no one is looking and understanding that it takes self discipline to handle E. when she is having a melt down. She loves anything with creating something . Video games , art , singing dancing etc. She would need the most help with emotional regulation , she needs the adult around her to lead by example something I still struggle with . Showing her how to handle her emotions when they are big :)
