About the job
Seeking a part-time nanny in Lakeland for two girls (2&3), starting as early as mid-April, beginning of May. Ideal schedule is 5 days/week, 5 hours/day (preferably 7 a.m. - 12 PM, but flexible). Stay-at-home mom expecting a new baby and need help with the girls and light household tasks (serving meals, tidying, errands). Occasional transport and outings with family may be needed. No pets. Occasional travel or overnights possible but not frequent. Looking for someone reliable and confident who enjoys supporting a busy, loving home. We're looking for someone with gentle strength, who can match the energy and independence of the girls while maintaining a structured, loving environment.
