Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Lakeland

I am a WFH mom I am looking for someone experienced to watch my 1-year-old in our home Mon-Friday about 5 hours a day. Some days I have appointments and may need to adjust the hours, Pay would be 16hr. I am not interested in someone who has kids and wants to bring them along or an in home daycare. We are located in South Lakeland! We are looking for someone loving, experienced nanny, able to teach according to milestones, flexible, respectful of our baby's schedule, home, and expectations. We are a Christian home and value our beliefs and want to encourage that with our little one. -Daily stroller rides or outside time weather permitting (very important) - Engaging in play, sing along, crafts, story time, teaching. - Food will be prep all you have to do is heat it/ cut it etc. - NO screen time in our home. - I need someone active and energetic. - ride along with parent to do errands and or other related task. - Date nights available - we do have a small poodle who will require going for a walk with him, making sure he has food and water in tray etc. - dishes cleaned while baby takes her morning nap. - baby's laundry folded and put away. This is a long term position, good for a college student looking to grow with our family. We will discuss any other job duties upon interview. I will ask to do interview via FaceTime or meet in person. Upon hire I will also provide a contract of expectations, rules, and terms for both parties to sign. We are a Christian home environment and family. I will also ask for 3 references. . Additional needs include light housekeeping, being comfortable with pets and a non-smoker.
