Patient And Caring Nanny For 4-Year-Old (In Lakeland, FL Area)

Looking for a patient, caring, and reliable nanny for my 4-year-old daughter, who has low-level autism. She can communicate but is not yet conversational, so I need someone who will focus on one-on-one interaction playing, engaging, and supporting her daily routine. Responsibilities: Interactive play to encourage social development Transportation to/from school & therapy (mileage reimbursed) Light household tasks if extra hours are needed Schedule: Mon: 35 p.m. Tues through Thurs: 8:00AM-12:00 p.m. & 3:00 PM-5:00 p.m. (priority days) Fri: 8:00 AM-2:30 p.m. (Flexibility needed) Ideal Candidate: *Patient and reliable *Has reliable transportation *Comfortable with flexible schedules *Autism experience is a plus. Compensation: Based on experience. Gas mileage will be reimbursed for transportation-related tasks.
