Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Lakeland.

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Lakeland. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. I hope you are well. We have a beautiful little 8-week-old girl. I work nights in an emergency department anywhere from 10-15 shifts a month and I just went back to work last week. My fiance works in tampa Monday-Friday. My schedule is not set and is different week to week and month to month. I have to leave the house at 920 p.m. and I am usually home by 7-730 a.m. My fiance needs to leave the house by 7-720 a.m. Baby is not sleeping through the night so when I have a stretch of 3-4 nights it is hard on my fiance. Need someone who is flexible and if bilingual even better but not a deal breaker.
