About the job
Schedule: 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (5 days a week) Requirements: Personal and/or professional experience with one or more of the following: special needs teaching, ABA, or speech/OT. Must be energetic, engaging, clean and organized. Willing to play interactively with two active kids without any screens. Our 6-year-old has 'high-functioning / level 1' autism and 'moderate/mixed type' ADHD. She's verbal, very independent, and thrives on following rules and routines. What she mostly needs is a lot of positive attention and encouragement. Her younger sister turns 2 in December, and is neurotypical, very active, and sweet. Must have consistent transportation and be punctual, reliable and communicative. We are looking for someone who anticipates having consistent availability 5 days/week through the end of May 2025.
