You and I will be sharing responsibilities of light housekeeping (occasional vacuuming, dishes, baby's laundry and ironing my husband's work clothes) as well as if I'm busy with the baby, I may ask you to assist with preparing a meal (rarely), but your priority is always the baby. It's only if I'm breastfeeding or baby is napping that you will need to do any of the above. When you're on baby duty, you have the liberty to just snuggle him, go on walks, read books and play with him.
