Nanny/ Mother's Helper For 3 Children In Jupiter, Afternoons Into Evenings

Our family is looking to replace our current wonderful nanny who is parting with us to grow her family. We have three children with our eldest having special needs that will require a greater level of help than a typical child of her age. I need someone that can help starting from the time the school bus arrives at 2 p.m. through dinner and bedtime. Typically, the caretake will not be left alone with three children unless they're asleep. Most of the time I need another set of hands with the kids at home, help transporting if there are afternoon activities that conflict, help at dinner time and getting the kids to bed, and assistance in cleaning up the kitchen after the day. We will be spending a lot of time around each other as I will be home most of the time. In other words, I need another me!
