My wife works part-time with an on call schedule and I work full time. Both of us must arrive at our jobs by 7:45 a.m. and leave at 3-3:30 p.m. Our daughter's school starts at 8 and ends at 3. This means we have a very small window where we are unable to drop off or pick up our daughter from the school bus. I would like to hire a babysitter to watch her during these times. I would be willing to pay for a full hour each for the morning and afternoon coverage.
