Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Jacksonville

I need someone to watch my infant when I go back to work first week in December. My infant is a boy and will be almost 4 months old. I work 3 days a week overnight so schedule does vary. I'm hoping to come up with a daily rate instead of an hourly rate. It may be 3 days a week overnight or 2 days overnight. The times would be 6 p.m. - 2 p.m. so I can get some rest after work. . Additional needs include a non-smoker.
