Searching For A Nanny Who Feels Like Family

We are looking for a great, flexible nanny for our children in Jacksonville. We have 4 awesome kids, one with special needs. Starting in October, we need help afterschool/evenings during the week (3pm-8 or 9pm, typically). Oftentimes, I will be home tag teaming kids homework, driving kids to activities, cooking dinner, etc. with the nanny. We are also looking for help on Saturday evenings or Sunday daytime 2-3 times a month. The weekends would be watching all 4 kids without parents in the home. I would estimate we need between 20-30 hours a week. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a consistent sitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. We are a large and fun family who is looking for someone to love our children as their own!
