Looking support for out high-functioning 16-year-old. We have (2) labs so must be dog-friendly. You should be willing to help with homework and have a reliable car, excellent driving record and ability to pick up from school and get him to afternoon activities, jobs, home to complete chores and homework as needed. Mon-Fri -- pickup at 2:15 p.m. - most days, be able to perform homework tasks, drop off and pick up at after school job and take home to perform chores and occasionally help with dinner for him. Perfect person is someone who has high attention to detail, enjoys working with kids with special needs and can encourage positive behavior through ensuring structure and rigor and ability to redirect when necessary. Our current sitter is available on Thursdays for date night -- so that is also a plus! Overnights may be needed some.
