I (dad) work from home and mom needs someone to play with the kids while she cooks, cleans, meal preps. Also cleaning the kids play area and helping mom feed them. Maybe mom needs a nap and the caregiver can play with the boys (1 and 3 years old) while she takes a nap. It is more of a mothers helper, not a babysitter as you will not usually be alone with the boys.
