Looking for a caregiver for our baby when I go back to work in January. She will be about 3 1/2 months old at the time. Previous experience with this age group required. Basic care (feeding, diapers, washing bottles) and engagement (vocalizing, tummy time, etc). Open to nanny sharing with another family.
