Housekeeper 4-5h A Day

Hello ladies, we are looking for a housekeeper with experience with kids, preferably someone that already has grown up kids, is older than 35 years, comfortable with pets and knows how to cook. I would like to have someone that will help me around the house, to keep it clean and organized so when the baby comes I can devote all my time to him and daughter that is 2. 5yo. At the beginning the job would be 2xWeek and from the beginning of January 4-5xWeek. I dont need help with my daughter, and I hope I wont need help with the baby boy, but in case I do, I would like for someone to have experience with kids so we can switch and mix days, from housekeeping to babysitting only the newborn.
