Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Hilliard.

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child who is 1-month-old in Hilliard for a few overnights. It didn't give me the option, but ideally I'd like someone to start at 9 p.m. and end at 9 a.m. I have another son who is 8, who I will be taking care of and getting ready for bed and school in the mornings. We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke and who is CPR certified. To be open and honest, my 1-month-old has a bad case of gas, the poor baby. No matter how much I burp him after he eats. And he has a hard time sleeping unless he is held. Which makes it hard for me to get any rest and take care of everything. I want to try a few days and see how it goes and maybe add a few more days if it goes well.
