Part-Time Nanny For 13 Month Old

My baby is only 13 months old, so we are still learning the world and navigating different experiences. He's super busy and loves getting into everything. He's curious, talkative, and a bit stubborn, but he's such a quick learner and has a calmness about him. He's a very easy baby until he's tired. I am looking for someone who's flexible. Im seeking care on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, but the hours will vary on those days. I work from home, and my day today looks different each day. Some days I'm busy from 8 a.m. until 3 PM, while others I may only be busy from 12 to 2. I love to take my baby to things like baby time at the library, and different toddler events at the museums. Hoping to find someone who will be with us long-term since this is only our first baby, and we do plan to have others in the near future! We don't have pets, we have a smoke free home, we do have parking, and we do need someone with their own transportation to and from our home.
