My daughter is 3 going on 4 and was recently diagnosed with autism. Despite her diagnosis she truly is a great toddler who loves to help with everything, learn and explore. Her biggest delay right now is with her speech and potty training which means she requires someone who is patient and willing to work with her. If possible even someone who has had experience working with autistic children and potty training. A typical day for my daughter is waking up anywhere between 6-7. As soon as she wakes up she eats a small snack and drinks her juice that has medicine in it (probiotic and Zyrtec) while watching a cartoon. After her snack she tends to play for an hour or so before wanting breakfast. After breakfast has settled we normally start an activity for the morning/afternoon (pool, park, crafts, going out somewhere).
