About the job
I am looking for someone who can come to my residence and care for my two children. The oldest (4) is autistic level three behavior and self harm, non speaking with SPD. The 2-year-old is on the spectrum but not as severe with SPD. Both children are still in pull-ups. I work evenings from around 5 p.m. until midnight-2 a.m. There would be no overnights, just really late hours sometimes depending on my schedule. Right now I am looking to pay out of pocket but once the state approves a care giver, we can work on getting such person paid through the state if they work out. My children are neuro divergent and stay active, so someone with plenty of energy and patience is a must, you must have reliable transportation and be dependable. This is not an easy job and I'm hoping I find the right patient compassionate person with experience with autism.
