My wife and I are expecting our son in December. We currently both work from home and own a business. We work in a detached building outside of our home. We are certain on the hours we will need just yet but we are trying to find a babysitter/nanny that we can use parttime/weekly and for overnight trips/vacations. We have 2 older girls (5&10) We most likely wouldn't need care for them as we split 50/50 with the other parents. So mainly it would be for the baby.
