Need Long-term Nanny For 9 Month Old. ~16 Hours/week. Both Parents Working From Home To Support.

Looking for a nanny experienced with infants to help us with our 9-month-old. Must have references. My wife and I both work from home, and we need someone to help look after her and take of basic needs. We'll be home so we can always support. We will also need help with some light cleaning and house chores. Slightly flexible on the hours, but looking for coverage roughly between 11am-4 p.m. about 3-4 days per week. Looking for a long-term nanny with a standing schedule, but will be nice if you have ability to provide additional coverage sometimes. We really want someone reliable and professional.
