Nanny Needed For My Children

I am in "startup" phase of creating a new business that requires me to travel for extended periods of time. Which puts a lot on my wife and also doesn't allow me time to recoup on my off time because im trying to allow her some off time.. My wife is a stay at home mom but is terribly overwhelmed with kids schedule and housekeeping/ cooking/ activities with kids, and to be frank she could just use a good friend too.
