My son has Autism and struggles to communicate wants and needs even though he has an expansive vocabulary. He is very sweet and likes to give hugs but he also hasn't grasped the concept of nice hands. He does hand flap and jump a lot as well as walk on his tip toes and he is repetitive (often wants the same book or video on repeat, says a word or phrase and then repeats it a bunch). He is very easy to take care of as he is most often happy self entertaining. If you let him sleep he usually gets up on his own between 7-8 (both parents gone by 7am). He always has a fruit bar for breakfast right after getting up.
