We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate curricula, managing classroom dynamics, and fostering positive relationships with students and their families.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
Manage classroom behavior effectively to promote positive interactions among students.
Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's development and address any concerns.
Provide care for infants as needed, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Maintain a clean, organized classroom that is conducive to learning.
Stay current with best practices in early childhood education, including special education strategies when applicable.
Qualifications
Experience working with preschool-aged children in daycare or educational settings is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
A genuine passion for nurturing young minds and fostering their growth in a preschool setting.
Must pass a background check and meet all state licensing requirements
Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
