Hi! I'm looking for a caring, reliable, and experienced nanny to help care for my twin girls, who will be around 3 months old when you start (September/October). I'm hoping to find someone with a genuine love for infants, especially someone who is confident with multiples or have twin experience. Schedule -This is ideally a full-time position, but the hours may vary week to week. -Some days I work from home, and others Ill be on the road and flexibility is key. -I'll always provide a schedule the week prior. -Occasional (optional extra $) overnight care needed when I have to travel (1 night per month). Compensation -I prefer to pay a flat weekly rate rather than hourly, recognizing that some weeks will have more or fewer hours but most should 40 hrs $500-600/week Location: Plantation Must have FL driver's license+clean record
