About the job
I need somebody to walk my son from the bus to the door (bus pulls up to our house.) and let him into the house. You would then help remove his harness, serve him a snack and help him get settled until his therapist arrives at 2:30. Then, sit and read a book or update your Instagram until I get home by 3:00 on most days! When his therapist arrives she takes over 1:1 with him, but there has to be a second person in the house (you) while she is there. He is a 7-year-old kindergartener; Minimally verbal. He can talk much more than he lets on. Autism awareness! Him: Muppets, Disney Princesses, Sesame Street You: Patience, energy, and a great sense of humor! We have plenty of parking!
