As Needed Nanny

Looking for a bit of a unique schedule. My husband travels 50% of the time for work but is at home full time the other 50%. He is mostly away for random weeks at a time September-May. We do fortunately have his tentative schedule 6 months in advance and his official schedule 3 months in advance but would be looking for someone who we could consistently use for child care 4 days a week through out the year when my husband is not home except June-August when we would not need consistent care. We are expecting our first child in January 2025 so need for care would begin in August 2025. Please reach out with any questions regarding that schedule as I understand it can be a bit confusing!
