Part Time/flexible Nanny For 9 Month Baby Girl - Work From Home Mom - 2-4 Hours 1-2x A Week

I have a 9-month-old baby girl and work from home. Now that she is becoming more mobile, I am looking for additional help. Specifically, I am looking for a part time nanny that can be flexible with their schedule. Starting with one or two times a week for a couple hours in the afternoon. I would like someone caring and kind who can interact with her, take her for walks, and play. This will allow me to get a few hours of focused work done. If possible, while she is content or if she needs a nap, someone to help with light cleaning like dishes or laundry would be fantastic. We have friendly cats so would need someone not allergic and that likes animals. Additionally, if this person would be available like once a month for a date night babysit that would be great too. Would like my daughter to have someone she is familiar with.
