Special Needs Babysitter For 2 Kids, Age 7 And 9

We are looking for a great babysitter for 2 children in Fleming Island. We would prefer someone who could help out with homework help. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. Both kids have ADHD. Daughter is 7 with developmental delay so special needs sitter may be helpful.
