Nanny For Our 2 Year Old

We are looking for a nanny who loves spending time with children and can show that affection and care to our daughter primarily. We have a family of 2 kids and 1 dog. Our son is almost 5 and in PreK while our daughter is 2. Our dog is a senior dog (Lhasa and Terrier mix) at age 16 but very friendly. As a family, we prize spending time with our kids each day. We've raised them and prize honesty, speaking up about your emotions, but encourage lots of play and especially with each other. Our daughter is very sweet and caring, but also doesn't take help for much and wants to do as much as she can on her own. She's just learned to speak in sentences but it's incredibly cute! We'd love a caregiver who can help with our daughter primarily. My wife will be attending school so she needs these specific hours to get her schoolwork done.
