Part Time Nanny/Family Helper Needed

I recently went back to work with my family's company after my maternity leave ended. I have a 3-month-old son and a 45lb lab mix. I'm looking for someone 1-2 days per week for 6-8 hours so I can have some uninterrupted work time. We'd also like one evening or weekend day at least every other week for dates. I can be flexible on the day(s) but I need them to be the same each week. Our ideal fit would also double as a house/dog sitter when we go on trips and eventually, with the growth of our family, travel with us occasionally. We'd like to find someone long term to become part of the family.
