Daytime, Long-term Babysitter/nanny For 8 Month Old

We are a loving family seeking a responsible, caring, and dependable babysitter/nanny to assist with the care of our 8-month-old daughter. As I work overnight shifts, we are looking for someone to help from 8 a.m. to 2 PM, Thursday through Saturday, with the potential for occasional evening and vacation coverage. We are committed to maintaining a structured routine for our daughters developmental milestones, so were looking for a caregiver who is enthusiastic about following and enriching her activity schedule. Additionally, we have a 7-month-old English Bulldog puppy, so comfort with dogs is essential, and special consideration will be given to those willing to provide occasional pet care.
