About the job
Were looking for a dependable and experienced nanny to help with our two children (ages 3 & 5) during morning routines and school drop-off. Hours: 6:00 a.m. 7:35 a.m. (prompt arrival required). Pay: Starting at $16/hour, increasing to $19/hour after 90 days of consistent performance. Responsibilities Include: serving breakfast (cereal, oatmeal etc.) Helping with morning routines (dressing, hygiene, pill for my son) Ensuring the kids leave with all their essentials (lunches, backpacks, etc.) Driving the children safely to school in Lake Helen (about a 10-minute drive from our home) Requirements: Proven childcare experience (special needs experience is a plus) Strong de-escalation and conflict resolution skills Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and clean driving record.
