We're looking to find a reliable long-term nanny for our 5-month-old baby. My husband and I both work from home, and we're looking for help so we can get some focused blocks of work done. We do have a very friendly dog as well. Baby is still not on a specific schedule but naps about 3 times per day. So we are hoping to find someone who is comfortable with helping out around the house during nap times (cleaning up in the kitchen, laundry, vacuuming etc.) Ability to help meal prep is an added plus.
