Nanny Needed For My 16 Month Old In Daytona Beach.

We are looking for in-home care for our 16-month-old son. My husband and I both work from home and will be onsite as will my parents who also live with us. Our son needs engagement and someone to structure his play/learning. He is not speaking yet so helping him with speech is a priority. He does not have any special needs. He is just an active little boy who loves to play and entertain :) We are looking for someone who has been a professional nanny or daycare worker previously. We also have a 2-month-old son but the caregiver will not be responsible for him as I typically keep him with me throughout the day. We have a fenced in yard with a play set and a small swimming pool. We also have 2 dogs and 2 cats but they do not require care. Just an FYI.
