About the job
We are looking for in-home care for our 2 boys, ages 15 months and 2 months currently. My husband and I both work from home and will be onsite as will my parents who also live with us. Our 15-month-old needs engagement and someone to structure his play/learning. He is not speaking yet so helping him with speech is a priority. He does not have any special needs. He is just an active little boy who loves to play and entertain :) Our 2-month-old has Down syndrome and will have in home occupational therapy. The caregiver MAY have interaction with the therapist. At this point, I can keep the baby with me throughout most of the day but may ask the caregiver to take him for a few hours here and there. We have a fenced in yard with a play set and a small swimming pool. We also have 2 dogs and 2 cats but they do not require care. Just an FYI.
